When you contact us we collect your name, contact number, email address, the service you are interested in and a short description of your enquiry. Further information is requested only once you choose to proceed with a service.

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, assess how we may assist you and, with your mandate, to act on your behalf with creditors, bureaus and other parties.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with parties necessary to deliver a service you have mandated, or where required by law.
